TeacherActive are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technology Teacher to join a friendly, high-performing school in the Greater Manchester area. The Role
Teach Design & Technology / Resistant Materials across KS4 (and occasional KS3)
Deliver Food Technology lessons as required
Work 3 days per week (Wednesday – Friday)
Provide high-quality, engaging instruction and support student progress
Cover the period from after half term to Christmas, with a strong chance of extension until the end of the year
Collaborate with the department to share best practice and maintain high standards
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching Technology / D&T (especially resistant materials)
Confidence in delivering Food Technology lessons
Strong classroom management, differentiation skills, and commitment to student outcomes
Flexibility, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
