Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and motivating your room team every day
Planning and delivering exciting, play-based learning opportunities
Ensuring smooth routines and a safe, nurturing environment
Supporting your team with coaching, guidance, and feedback
Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, safety, and cleanliness
What We’re Looking For
✔ Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
✔ Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
✔ Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Energy, creativity, and a hands-on approach
✔ Good understanding of health & safety requirements
