TeacherActive is delighted to be working alongside a welcoming 3-form entry Primary School in Castle Bromwich, who are seeking to appoint a Year 3 Teacher on a full-time basis from February 2026.

About the School & Role

This role is a maternity cover position, starting in February 2026 and running until at least December 2026. You will be teaching a Year 3 class, supporting pupils at a key stage in their academic development as they continue their KS2 journey.

‍ The Ideal Primary Teacher Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  (ECTs are encouraged to apply!)

• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2

• Demonstrate high expectations for pupil progress and achievement

• Bring a creative, innovative, and engaging teaching approach

• Be a committed, adaptable, and reflective team player

• Have a genuine passion for making a positive difference in children’s lives
