Job Title: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Salary: £85 - £100 Per Day
Working Pattern: Full-time, Temporary

We are committed to helping schools find passionate support staff who can provide high-quality, individualised assistance to pupils with additional needs.

We are currently seeking LSAs to work 1:1 with students, supporting them with both their academic progress and emotional well-being. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact in the life of a young learner while gaining valuable experience in the education sector.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working 1:1 with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting

• Be patient, compassionate, and committed to supporting the individual needs of learners

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Be proactive and adaptable in the classroom environment

• Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) or equivalent experience

Applicants must have:

• The right to work in the UK

• Relevant documentation and two professional references

• An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
