What You Could Be Doing:
As a Nursery Practitioner, your day-to-day may include:
• Supporting children aged 0–5 in their emotional, social, and cognitive development
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Creating a safe, warm and inclusive space for learning through play
• Working with families and colleagues to provide consistent care
• Supporting routines like outdoor play, meals, naps, and transitions
What We’re Looking For:
• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (or strong nursery-based experience)
• A warm, reliable, and nurturing approach to early education
• Adaptability and positivity—whether you’re in Redland, Horfield, or Hartcliffe
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a caring team
• A passion for helping little ones thrive right here in Bristol#
