Your Role as an Early Years Educator
As part of this friendly, professional team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping young minds through creativity, care, and connection.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating an inspiring, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Planning and leading engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Acting as a Key Person, ensuring each child’s progress, care, and wellbeing are fully supported.
Building strong, trusted relationships with parents, carers, and your colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate and motivated practitioner who can bring enthusiasm and expertise to the team.
Requirements:
A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Experience working with children aged 0–5.
A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
