What You’ll Be Doing
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play a key part in supporting the development and wellbeing of children — helping them learn, grow, and thrive every day.
Your role will include:
Creating an engaging, safe, and nurturing environment for all children.
Planning and delivering age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Acting as a Key Person, monitoring progress and maintaining strong partnerships with families.
Working closely with colleagues to ensure every child feels supported and valued.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who’s energetic, compassionate, and committed to early education.
Essential requirements:
A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Previous experience working with children aged 0–5.
A sound understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
