Nursery Practitioner

About the Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team to plan and implement fun, age-appropriate activities that promote children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a caring, secure, and stimulating environment for all children

• Support each child’s individual learning journey through creative play and structured activities

• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Observe, assess, and record children’s development

• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment at all times

Requirements:

✅ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
✅ Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
✅ Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
✅ A genuine passion for supporting young children’s growth and learning
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
