Are you a passionate Psychology Teacher ready to inspire curious minds?

The Role
As our new Psychology Teacher, you’ll:
Teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5, delivering engaging, challenging lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence.
Use data, feedback, and assessment effectively to track progress and adapt planning.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and enrichment activities — from psychology clubs to guest lectures.
Support students’ pastoral and academic development, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Engage fully with the school’s professional development and CPD opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge in Psychology, ideally with experience teaching at GCSE and/or A-Level.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A reflective, student-centred teaching style and commitment to continuous improvement.
Alignment with the school’s values of community, respect, and high aspiration.
