TeacherActive are proud to be working with a school based in Wolverhampton. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced School Administrator to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Wolverhampton on a temporary, full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support across the school office
Handling phone calls, emails, and front-desk duties
Using school systems (such as Arbor and SIMS) to maintain accurate pupil records and attendance data
Supporting safeguarding and compliance documentation
Liaising with staff, parents, and external professionals in a professional and timely manner
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous admin experience in a school setting (essential)
Experience using Arbor and/or SIMS (highly desirable)
Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
A calm, flexible, and approachable attitude
An understanding or awareness of SEMH needs (preferred)
