Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support for pupils with Special Educational Needs, demonstrating empathy and adaptability.
- Assist the teacher with classroom preparation and day-to-day management.
- Listen attentively and respond to the individual needs of pupils to support their learning and development.
- Apply a resilient and flexible approach to support differentiated learning.
- Contribute positively to the school community by inspiring pupils and collaborating with colleagues.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience working alongside children with SEN is essential.
- A genuine desire to motivate and inspire pupils and fellow staff members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and think proactively in a fast-paced environment.
