About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant / TA to support young pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a temporary, long-term assignment with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. The successful candidate will work one-to-one with pupils, demonstrating empathy, flexibility, and the ability to respond effectively to individual needs.

Salary: £82 – £90 per day, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate pupils while supporting fellow staff members.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Listen attentively to pupils to understand and assess their individual needs.
• Adopt a resilient approach and apply tailored teaching strategies.
• Utilise previous experience working with SEN pupils to provide effective support.
