What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND in a primary setting, ideally on a 1:1 basis

• A patient, compassionate nature with strong emotional awareness

• Flexibility to adapt strategies to meet individual needs

• Confidence in positive behaviour management and de-escalation

• Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

• Two recent references from educational settings
