TeacherActive is currently recruiting for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support local primary schools across Hartcliffe, Withywood, Whitchurch, and the surrounding BS13 area. Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting pupils with learning in and outside of the classroom

• Assisting teachers with engaging lessons and small-group work

• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills

• Providing 1:1 or small-group support for children who need extra guidance

• Promoting a calm, positive, and inclusive school environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children in a school or childcare setting (preferred but not essential)

• A calm, confident, and encouraging approach to learning and behaviour

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential

• Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
