Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA)

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a fantastic school in the Derby/Derbyshire area that is currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join their dedicated team.
We’re looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant/ Level 3 TA who is caring, patient and committed to making a real difference in people’s live. In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with pupils and staff to support learning, encourage development, and help every child reach their full potential.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons
Work with small groups or individual pupils, including those with additional needs
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Contribute to the overall development and well-being of pupils
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Have 6 months or more, relevant experience working in a classroom setting
Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
Be reliable, patient, and a strong team player
Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you’re paying the right level of TAX and National Insurance and there’s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard earned cash.
