As a 1:1 Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils who require tailored guidance and encouragement to manage their emotions, engage positively with learning, and build confidence in the classroom. You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to help pupils develop coping strategies, improve social interaction, and reach their full potential.

The successful 1:1 Behaviour Mentor will have:

• Experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting
