Salary: £120–£160 per day (depending on role and experience)

Are you a confident and motivated Cover Supervisor or Early Career Teacher based in or near Radstock?

Are you ready to build your classroom experience and support students across Key Stages 3 to 5?

We are working with a number of excellent secondary schools and sixth forms in the Radstock area who are seeking Cover Supervisors and Early Career Teachers to start ASAP. These schools offer a mix of short-term, long-term, and potential temp-to-perm opportunities across KS3, KS4, and KS5.

Whether you're a graduate exploring teaching, an Early Career Teacher looking for a route into a permanent role, or an experienced Cover Supervisor, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and make a real difference.

What We're Looking For:

• Confident Cover Supervisors who can manage classrooms and follow lesson plans

• Engaged Early Career Teachers seeking to grow in a supportive environment

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• Flexibility to work across KS3–KS5

• A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for education
