The team is proud of its recent ‘Good’ Ofsted rating and is now looking to welcome a motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to help deliver the best care and learning opportunities for the children.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Early Years Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the nursery team, helping to create a safe, engaging environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive. You’ll be:

• Working with children aged 6 months to 4 years

• Supporting activities that promote early learning and development

• Learning on the job and building your confidence in Early Years practice

• Being flexible and responsive to the needs of the setting

• A genuine passion for working with young children

• A positive, caring, and adaptable approach

• Willingness to complete training in areas like Safeguarding and the EYFS curriculum

• A team player who’s eager to learn and develop new skills
