You’ll be joining schools where collaboration and compassion are at the heart of everything they do.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning or behavioural needs

• Helping to create a calm, positive, and engaging classroom environment

• Adapting resources and strategies to meet individual learning needs

• Supporting both academic progress and emotional wellbeing

• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure consistent support

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND in a primary school setting

• A patient, compassionate nature with strong emotional awareness

• Flexibility to adapt and take initiative when needed

• Confidence in behaviour management and de-escalation techniques

• Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

• Two recent references from educational settings
