The ideal Nursery Practitioner will:
Have experience working with children aged 0–5 in a nursery, early years, or similar setting
Bring a nurturing, proactive, and engaging approach to every interaction
Be confident supporting the EYFS curriculum in a fun and age-appropriate way
Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare – preferred but not essential
Be reliable, flexible, and passionate about making a difference
