Role: Night Support Worker

Salary: £14 per hour
We are proud to be working with a college that is supporting students aged 16–25 with High-Functioning Autism and Complex Needs. Our mission is to help young people build confidence, develop essential life skills, gain qualifications, and move towards independence — all within a supportive and nurturing environment.
Although the college are a sponsored employer, we are currently unable to offer sponsorship to any new candidates at this time.
As a Night Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping our students thrive. You’ll provide physical and emotional care during the night, ensuring a safe, happy, and supportive environment that contributes to daytime learning and wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and supporting young people during the night and morning routines
Administering prescribed emergency medication when required
Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with students and colleagues
Supporting young people’s emotional and physical wellbeing
Encouraging and motivating young people to prepare for their day
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and domestic organisation
Producing clear and accurate written reports/records
No formal qualifications are required — just compassion, dedication, and a genuine desire to help young people achieve their full potential.
