We are seeking enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join our team in Chelmsford on an ad hoc basis. Whether you are qualified, working towards your qualification, or simply passionate about childcare, we’d love to hear from you!
What we’re looking for:
Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner, OR
Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner (Early Years Educator), OR
Level 3 Technical Certificate in Early Years Education.
Don’t have a qualification yet? No problem – we also welcome applications from unqualified staff who have the right passion and commitment.
Previous childcare experience is desirable but not essential.
Role & Responsibilities:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for all children.
Support children’s learning and development through play and planned activities.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Work as part of an incredible team, supporting each other to deliver the highest standards of care.
Follow safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times.
