Nursery Practitioner

Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next full-time role in a supportive and engaging nursery setting?

We are currently recruiting for Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join fantastic nursery teams across Salford. This is a brilliant opportunity to make a real difference in early childhood education while working in a friendly, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework

• Planning and leading age-appropriate activities that promote curiosity and independence

• Ensuring a safe, caring and stimulating environment at all times

• Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress

• Building strong, professional relationships with parents and carers

• Working collaboratively with the wider nursery team to promote positive outcomes for all children

• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and child welfare

Essential Requirements:

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE, NVQ or equivalent)

• A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a UK-based nursery setting

• A strong working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum

• Passionate about delivering high-quality care and education

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A proactive and flexible approach to day-to-day responsibilities
