Key Responsibilities:
Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
Planning and leading age-appropriate activities that promote curiosity and independence
Ensuring a safe, caring and stimulating environment at all times
Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress
Building strong, professional relationships with parents and carers
Working collaboratively with the wider nursery team to promote positive outcomes for all children
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and child welfare
Essential Requirements:
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE, NVQ or equivalent)
A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a UK-based nursery setting
A strong working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
Passionate about delivering high-quality care and education
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A proactive and flexible approach to day-to-day responsibilities
