We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Teacher to join the team, working 2–3 days per week. This is a rewarding part-time Teacher opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, providing tailored learning in a supportive environment.
This part-time teacher role will involve:
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of students with autism.
Working closely with support staff and the wider team to create an inclusive learning environment.
Supporting students’ social, emotional, and communication development.
Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to suit individual needs.
The successful part-time Teacher will:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
Have experience working with students with autism or within a specialist setting (desirable but not essential).
Be patient, nurturing, and adaptable in their teaching approach.
Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
