Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) – Full Time

Salary: Dependent on qualifications and experience

Are you a passionate and dedicated childcare professional looking to join a warm, supportive nursery team? We’re working with a fantastic early years setting in Chelmsford that’s looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their small, friendly team.

This nursery provides a nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and grow every day. The team is close-knit and committed to delivering the highest standards of care and education, while also supporting each other to develop their skills and careers.

About the Role

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday

• Working as part of a small, caring team to provide high-quality childcare and early education

• Supporting children’s learning and development through play and planned activities

• Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children

About You

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare

• Have relevant experience working in a nursery or early years setting

• Be enthusiastic, caring, and committed to supporting young children’s development

• Enjoy working collaboratively and willing to learn and grow with your colleagues
