As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in the classroom by supporting the class teacher, helping pupils to engage in learning activities, and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with children on a one-to-one and small group basis, offering tailored support to help them build confidence, strengthen their understanding, and develop key skills.
