You will work with a dedicated TeacherActive consultant who specialises in residential staffing and understands the importance of safeguarding, consistency and building trusted relationships. We take time to understand your setting, the needs of the young people you support and what makes your team unique, so we can find not only the right skill set but the right approach and personality to support stability, wellbeing and positive outcomes.

Compliance and safeguarding

Your peace of mind is our priority, which is why safety and security sit at the heart of everything we do. Our dedicated in house compliance team follows a rigorous safeguarding process designed to protect your pupils and ensure every educator we supply is fully prepared for the role. Before anyone enters your school, they complete an interview, identity and right to work verification, thorough professional referencing, a Barred List check and an Enhanced DBS check. They complete mandatory safeguarding training videos prior to placement, ensuring they are prepared to work safely in school.

Our compliance procedures are recognised by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, giving you complete confidence that every member of staff has been vetted to the highest possible standard.
