Job Description
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality teaching and learning for pupils in your class. You will work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure that every pupil thrives in an inclusive and supportive environment.
Key aspects of the role include:
Delivering lessons across the curriculum that are engaging, challenging, and differentiated to meet the needs of all learners
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and support achievement
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning, wellbeing, and personal development
Supporting whole-school initiatives and contributing to curriculum development
Maintaining professional standards, including safeguarding, behaviour management, and accurate record-keeping
Communicating effectively with parents, colleagues, and the wider school community to support pupil outcomes

Strong assessment and data-driven teaching skills

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 or younger primary age groups

Excellent classroom management and organisational abilities
