We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Year 3 Teacher (QTS) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in B37, Birmingham. This is a permanent position offering the chance to make a real difference in the lives of Key Stage 2 pupils.

The Role
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
Support pupils’ learning in core subjects including English, Maths, and Science
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior leaders
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and school policies
The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Year 3 / KS2 pupils in a UK primary school
Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment, and pupil progression
Excellent classroom management and differentiation skills
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about child-centred learning
Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom ethos
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
