Specialist ASD Provision | Ages 5–16
Do you thrive in structured, routine-based environments?
A specialist Autism provision near Great Torrington is seeking Teaching Assistants to support pupils aged 5–16 with ASC and associated communication and sensory needs.
This setting uses visual timetables, structured learning approaches and low-arousal classrooms to support pupil success.
The Role:
Supporting structured classroom routines
Assisting with social communication programmes
Encouraging independence and life skills
Working closely with SENCO and therapy teams
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with Autism
Patient and detail-oriented
Understanding of sensory regulation strategies
Experience in schools or specialist settings preferred
Pay: £88.99 – £95 per day
