TeacherActive is working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Salford to recruit a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and foster a love for Art and Design across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The Role:

• Full-time Art Teacher position
• Planning and delivering engaging and imaginative art lessons
• Encouraging creativity and self-expression in students
• Assessing, tracking, and supporting pupil progress
• Contributing to the wider school community, including displays and extracurricular activities

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Art within KS3 and KS4
• Strong subject knowledge across a range of artistic disciplines
• The ability to motivate and engage learners of varying abilities
• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
• A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection
