The Head Teacher is seeking a motivated Business Studies Teacher based in Newport for a long-term role until the end of the academic year, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. The successful Business Studies Teacher will deliver lessons across both Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), including preparation for GCSE examinations. This role is crucial in helping students achieve outstanding results while adhering to and implementing established schemes of learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Business Studies to students across KS3 and KS4
• Prepare students effectively for GCSE Business Studies examinations
• Implement and follow the school’s schemes of learning
• Maintain excellent classroom management to create a positive learning environment

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Business Studies (Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply)
• Experience teaching Business Studies up to KS3 and KS4
• Strong classroom management skills
• Commitment to supporting student progress and engagement
