We’re looking for a dedicated Communication Support Worker (CSW) to join our team on a full-time, term-time basis (37 hours/week). In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary of £21,890 per annum - £23,593 per annum (equivalent to a full year salary of £25,192 - £27,152 per annum), plus a fantastic range of staff benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a CSW, you’ll play a vital role in helping Deaf and hard-of-hearing students thrive. You’ll:
- Work closely with teaching staff to support learners across a range of vocational subjects
- Promote independence, confidence, and inclusion
- Help students access the curriculum and reach their full potential
- Use your initiative and empathy to support learners in a flexible, responsive way
✅ What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in BSL (Signature, CACDP, SEG, or Scottish equivalent)
- Ideally has a formal CSW qualification
- Has GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths
- Brings experience working with Deaf learners or those with SEND
- Is compassionate, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education
