Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Secondary Welsh-Speaking Cover Supervisor, who demonstrates excellent behaviour management skills alongside a creative and nurturing approach. You will work collaboratively with a progressive team to deliver a distinctive curriculum that fosters a love of learning and maintains high expectations for all pupils.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Level 3 or HLTA qualification (desirable but not essential).
• PGCE or PCET qualifications are also accepted.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
• Proactive and outgoing attitude.
• Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and its expectations.
• Understanding of planning and assessment requirements.
