The school is looking to take on a dedicated Drama Teacher on a full-time basis from September to cover a maternity leave, with the potential for the role to become permanent. The successful Drama Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4, fostering creativity, building confidence, and maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement.

The successful Drama Teacher will have:

• QTS with a Drama specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching Drama up to Key Stage 4
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
• A passion for performing arts and student engagement
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching
