As an ECT, you will work across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, gaining hands-on experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching techniques. The successful applicant will have:

• A PGCE qualification (or equivalent), with QTS pending
• A passion for teaching and a desire to inspire students
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively
• A willingness to learn and grow as an educator
• Classroom management skills (support will be provided to help you strengthen these)
