Experienced Tutor – Swindon | £20–£30/hr
We’re looking for qualified, experienced teachers and tutors to provide one-to-one tuition for young people in Swindon who are currently out of education due to EHCPs, health needs, or exclusion.
You’ll deliver personalised learning plans, support academic progress, and help pupils re-engage with learning in a safe, supportive environment. This role is perfect for professionals who are adaptable, resilient, and confident teaching pupils with SEND, SEMH needs, or those who have disengaged from school.
What you bring:
Teaching qualification or extensive tutoring experience
Experience supporting pupils with additional needs
Ability to work independently and tailor lessons to individual learners
Patience, empathy, and strong relationship-building skills
Ability to travel locally for face-to-face tuition
