TeacherActive is proud to be working with a supportive Primary School in Middlesbrough, offering an inclusive and nurturing environment for pupils with SEND. The school is committed to providing high-quality support and tailored learning to help every child succeed.
The school is looking to take on a HLTA on a long-term basis starting ASAP. The successful HLTA will be supporting across the primary phase, working with pupils with SEND, leading intervention groups, and providing classroom cover where required.
The successful HLTA will have:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience working within a primary school setting
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND
• Confidence leading small groups and covering lessons
• Strong classroom management skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach
