We’re looking for skilled Key Stage 2 Primary teachers who can bring structure, creativity, and high expectations to upper primary classrooms. You’ll be working with schools that value strong teaching, supportive teams, and a focus on pupil progress.

The Opportunity

Key Stage 2 is a crucial phase in a child’s education—where independence grows, academic expectations increase, and confidence is built. In this role, you will:

• Deliver well-structured, purposeful lessons across Years 3–6
• Prepare pupils for key assessments, including SATs (where applicable)
• Stretch and challenge learners of all abilities
• Use assessment effectively to drive progress
• Create a focused, positive learning environment
• Contribute to the wider life of the school

Who This Suits

This isn’t just about filling a classroom—it’s about finding teachers who can lead learning with clarity and confidence. You’ll likely be someone who:

• Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
• Has experience within Key Stage 2
• Is confident teaching core subjects, particularly Maths and English
• Understands progression and expectations across KS2
• Can manage behaviour consistently and fairly
• Adapts quickly and works well within new teams
