Salary: £92 - £100 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming nursery school based in Selly Oak, offering a supportive and nurturing environment for children in their early years. The setting promotes a child-centred approach, encouraging development through play, creativity, and structured learning within a safe and inclusive space.

The nursery school is looking to take on a Level 3 Childcare Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis, starting ASAP. The successful Level 3 Childcare Teaching Assistant will be supporting children within a pre-school setting during term time, working closely with staff to deliver engaging activities and support early years development in line with EYFS.

The successful Level 3 Childcare Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 3 Childcare qualification
• Experience working within a nursery or pre-school setting
• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Ability to support children’s learning through play-based activities
• A caring, patient, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
