The Role
As a Nursery Nurse, you will:
Support children aged 0–5 years in a nursery setting
Create a safe, engaging and stimulating environment
Work collaboratively with nursery staff to deliver the EYFS curriculum
Build strong relationships with children, parents and staff
Adapt confidently to different nursery environments

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
Have experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Are confident supporting children aged 0–5 years
Are reliable, adaptable and passionate about childcare
Can work between 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility available)
Essential Requirements
A Level 3 Childcare Qualification (preferred) or Level 2 accepted
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one through TeacherActive)
Ability to provide 2 professional references (including recent childcare employment)
Proof of qualifications must be provided
Accepted Childcare Qualifications
We welcome candidates with the following (or equivalent):
Level 3 Diploma in Childcare & Education (Early Years Educator)
CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce
Level 3 NVQ in Children’s Care, Learning and Development
Level 3 Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy
Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Children’s Care, Learning and Development
Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education & Care
T Level in Education & Childcare
(Level 2 qualifications in Childcare are also considered.)
