The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS (or be due to qualify)
• Have experience teaching Maths at secondary level
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience at KS4 (essential)
• Be able to plan and deliver engaging, structured, and inclusive lessons
• Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be committed to raising attainment and supporting pupil progress
• Be a positive and collaborative member of the department
