TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming private day nursery based in Dickens Heath, Solihull. The nursery provides a safe, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, with a strong focus on early development and positive relationships.

The nursery is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Nursery Assistant to join their team from mid April. The successful Nursery Assistant will be supporting children across the early years age range, ensuring a high standard of care and learning in line with the EYFS framework, while working flexibly across shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare
• Experience working within an early years or nursery setting
• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• A caring and nurturing approach to supporting young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work varied shift patterns
