Job Title: Nursery Nurse

Salary: £13.69 - £15.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5hrs per week (full-time) or 15hrs per week (Part Time) available.

TeacherActive are looking for a Nursery Nurse in Carlisle. We have an amazing opportunity to work within a great nursery in the Carlisle area. We create amazing rapport with our Nurseries and schools and always aim to support staff to find you the best suitable placements.
We are currently looking for a Nursery nurse / Early Years Practitioner to cover day to day, short-term and long-term placements. This is a great chance to widen your experience and have the excitement of working within a local Nursery. You will have the guaranteed opportunity to support pupils and help them thrive within their first years of school. As a Nursery Nurse you will have the duty to establish supportive relationships with the Children and help them with their journey.
A successful Nursery Nurse will have:
- Experience working with young children
- Experience of supporting young people on a 1:1 basis (desirable)
- Early Years Level 2/3 Qualification (desirable)
- A good understanding of safeguarding and Child Protection
