Your Role as Pre-School Lead

You’ll take the lead in creating an inspiring early years environment by:

• Designing and delivering a creative, engaging EYFS curriculum

• Leading all planning and preparation for the pre-school provision

• Creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating space for young learners

• Supporting children’s development, curiosity, and school readiness

• Working closely with colleagues, parents, and leadership to maintain outstanding standards

This is a hands-on, fulfilling role where you’ll truly make a difference.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings both passion and professionalism to early years education:

• Level 6 EYFS qualification (essential)

• BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies or equivalent

• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

• A nurturing, proactive, and creative approach

• A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for children

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with an early years focus are very welcome to apply—this school is fantastic at developing talent.
