Primary Teacher

The school is looking to appoint a KS2 Teacher on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stage 2, using strong subject knowledge, scaffolding learning and AFL strategies, alongside delivering targeted interventions and supporting pupils with SEND within a mainstream classroom.

The successful Teacher / KS2 will have:

• QTS (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Strong knowledge of KS2 SATs and delivering interventions
• Ability to scaffold learning and use AFL effectively
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND within a mainstream setting
• A proactive, flexible and ‘can-do’ attitude
