TeacherActive is proud to be working with a school in Sutton-in-Ashfield, who are looking to appoint a School Cleaner. The school provides a supportive and welcoming environment, placing strong importance on cleanliness, safety, and creating a positive space for learning.

The school is looking to take on a School Cleaner on a long term basis, working 3 hours per day, either 6am–9am or 3pm–6pm. The successful School Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across classrooms, corridors, and communal areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene are consistently met.

The successful School Cleaner will have:

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school or similar setting
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and health and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A reliable and punctual approach
• Strong attention to detail
• A positive and hardworking attitude
