Tutors Needed

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £25 - £35 per hour (depending on experience)

We are looking to recruit dedicated Tutors on a temporary and flexible basis. The successful Tutor will work with students on a 1:1 or small group basis, delivering targeted support, boosting attainment, and helping to re-engage learners in their education.
The successful Tutor will have:
• Experience working with children or young people, ideally with SEND needs such as ASD or SEMH
• Strong subject knowledge (primary or secondary level)
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging, personalised sessions
• A patient, empathetic and adaptable approach
• A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
