We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join a small, specialist school supporting pupils aged 8–18 with complex learning needs, autism and social, emotional and mental health needs. The setting provides a highly personalised education for a small number of pupils whose needs cannot be met within mainstream environments.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and specialists to support pupils both in the classroom and through personalised interventions.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting pupils with complex SEND and behavioural needs
Helping deliver individualised learning programmes
Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement
Supporting communication and social interaction

SEND education or special schools
Care or residential support work
Youth work or mentoring
Psychology or education graduates
Behaviour support roles
Therapeutic or pastoral support
