SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary: £95 - £105 per day

The school is looking to appoint a full time SEN Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be supporting KS1 pupils with additional needs, working closely with the class teacher to deliver targeted interventions and provide consistent support both in and out of the classroom.
The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have:
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience working with children with SEN, ideally within a primary school
• Experience supporting KS1 pupils
• A calm, patient and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
